How I can clean my dog's ears without it running away?

My dog always runs away when I try to clean their ears and every time we try clan we grab your neck to hold her and she still shakes around! I do not know how to calm her. Is there anything I can do to try to calm her down when clean your ears? or there is an ear cleaner that does not freak out dogs? I wonder if there is a dog ear cleaner that soothes your ears. Anyway can you help me?
