Introduction to Miami

This is a city built on the rise and fall, for dreamers who took advantage of good weather and the opportunists who took advantage of natural disasters. Each chapter in the saga of this city is closed by a hurricane, or riot-building boom, and when the dust settles a new Miami is left sizzling on the beach.
