Help with aggressive dog?

I have two dogs. One is a mixture of 19-year-old Papillion (Gizmo small) and the other is one year in Germany Shepard mixture of 10 (Becca-media). Becca has become more aggressive and more food. She just attacked tonight Gizmo and this time did some damage. She has attacked before, but she has never hurt before. We have other animals that she has also attacked. We have begun to put a halter mesh and feed it apart. She stopped using because she was mouth sores in the mouth. This is the first attack in 6 months. Both of the dogs have been with the family since birth. Becca do not want to put down or get rid of it. As I said, this is the first time the damage has been done, and I do not know what to do. If you have nothing constructive to say, I do not hear it. Please help. If you have any advice would love to know.

If only the food she is aggressive, then the easiest thing for you would feed the dogs in areas completely separate. Do not let them have access to them while they are eating them all. 10 years too old to get a GSD and they are crankier as they age, so if you want to keep her then this would be the easiest way for you.
