How to transfer iPod touch applications (with data) from one iPod to another?

Sooo … I just bought an iPod Touch, and my mom would not let me use it before I could buy one. Now that I have one, I get a lot of applications that have the same date (including Mafia Wars, for example) on iPod my mom, and I wondered how to make this application with your data on the device. Help?
