What is the best in the elimination of pet urine stains oxy or enzyme formulas?

We are using a Bissell Deep Cleaner and wondered what works best on pet stains for a pre treater have three dogs and two cats so that the formula should Bissell BISSELL use for our pro heat 2x thanks?

The enzyme, but you have to soak in the cause of the urine has soaked in.
