Anyone know anything about the PetSafe wireless fence?

I am having problems with a neighbor who complained about excessive barking of my three daschunds. Y anyone chasing after the street walker in front of my house. I know that is not barking ACCET. But one of the reasons I left them is because I know when someone is near. They are doing what is supposed to do, only more! HELP

ALL "invisible" fences are useless Expensive DANGEROUS CRAP! Put a REAL close, the back, the things TREN Di-s to shut up when told …. preferably before receiving a visit from the police!
