Power Cap
What subwoofer, a power amplifier and the combination of the CAP would be best for my current settings and the car?
I currently Citroen Xsara has a 2002 and would like to extend my current audio system to include a subwoofer and amplifier, although I'm not sure if I would also have a ceiling power. My current CD player is a JVC KD-AR7500 and I have a set of four speakers, one with a pair of tweeters in the front. What would be the best configuration to add to it? My budget is around £ 150-200.
You never get a cap … Always update your electrical system in this order: 1. the big 3 2. a good battery (or optimal Kinetik 3). HO alt (if necessary) 4. adding more batteries (if still needed) if you notice serious car audio competitors never going to wear a hat. using racks of batteries for a reason. also because it spends on a cap, can easily pass on the upgrade. a cap provided only short bursts of power to your amplifiers. batteries and a good alt. provide a steady supply your whole car.
