Silken Windhound
Any owner of a Windhound Silken?
In fact, I've been watching Whippets, Silken Windhound I discovered, and is really a very dog nice, with very similar qualities. Does anyone have a silk and can tell me a little about them from personal experience?
There is a lady who breeds not far from me. These are hunting dogs in sight. They are somewhat aloof and independent. They live to run and should be kept on the lead or the fence. If they get loose and could see a rabbit be in the next county in a matter of a minute or two. They are fast. They lure coursing with them and they are successful in it. This is a very mild mannered dog mostly. They do not need a lot of walks, but they need a good race. Global nice dogs. Not the best company with the adult children prefer.
