and in the case of number 5, their is a release program that has seen results the dogs bark at a captured bear the men fire guns and make a racket and the bear leaves ta da they KEEP IT OUT as reports state the bears are much more likely to not have anything to do with humans after the experience. so they arent just driving them out they are keeping them out.
