What size should I get in this sweatshirt?

I have a 34-35 inch chest and a 27.5″ waist. According to their size chart, that’s a small.
But I would like to wear that sweatshirt over leggings, and have it be long enough to cover my butt and be oversized, but not consume me. Btw, I’m 5′10″
i say medium cuz im a small and the sweatshirts i buy to wear with leggings are all mediums just so they cover my behind don’t go with large tho cuz that’s gonna be waayyy to big
