Where I can find a kong "toy" in the discount?

I am a poor college student wherever they can save a dollar is great! I am looking for a medium size or small kong you can put it in. i checked and PetSmart, Pet Supermarket and eBay. . . all are the same price. Thanks! I do not know what dollar go to the store, but unfortunately at the mine that are not there!
