That's a good question … You are right about Jeter, A-Rod and Randy Johnson … they are all shoe-ins … Furthermore, Mariano Rivera will probably be a Hall of Fame first ballot (like the other guys) … I think Bernie Williams has a chance, because the Yankees have just been so successful in his career. In addition, season has brought large numbers … Giambi could qualify on the basis of the numbers of his career (for the moment it is withdrawn). Depend on how voters see the steroid issue, you really do not know that for a few years yet … Posada, again, it will depend on what kind of numbers in his career on top, but also has an outside shot, due to the success of the Yankees during his career. If they win a couple of championships, while he still capture, are improving your chances greatly. I'm not sure how many All Star games Posada has played, but could also be a factor if you make enough All-Star team Sometimes … With Mussina, like any pitcher, we'll have to see what kind of career that puts numbers. 37 It is at this time, with a record of 224-127, a fine of 0638 winning percentage, and nearly 100 games over 500. His chances were hurt further by the fact that it was "projected" to put much more impressive numbers until he did (in fact there was a time when it was projected to be a 3000, maybe even a 4000, a murderer for hire). It really is not a Hall of Fame, IMO. There was, in fact, only about six good seasons. He should have kept that quality for 10 or 12 years to be seriously considered for the Hall of Fame.
